Our Segment Builder is your control center for powering targeted and personalized email, and we've now made it even easier for you to segment and drive incredible results. Read on to see the all-new updates and improvements we’ve added to Segment Builder to help you narrow down the perfect audience for your message every time.

 


Segment Builder boasts a new interface, real-time segment counts, and more.

 

What’s New

Live segment counts
As you create and edit segments, the contact counter and audience percentages update in real time so you always know how many subscribers are included.  

“Or” logic between different criteria types
Before, “or” logic only worked within the same criteria — e.g. has purchased red shirt OR has purchased blue shirt. “Or” logic now works across different criteria types so you can segment by has purchased red shirt OR has spent more than $1000 ever.

Duplicate segments
Segments can very easily become comprehensive and meticulous. Duplicate existing segments to save time and have a more precise starting point when creating new ones.
