Mailing response data from Emma is automatically synced to your Microsoft Dynamics account. You’ll be able to quickly see who’s opening and clicking, and more importantly, what they’re clicking on.
Automation based on field changes
Once connected, subscriber fields from Emma are mapped to custom fields in Microsoft Dynamics (and vice versa). The nice thing about it? You can set up an automated email in Emma to trigger the moment a field changes.
