Brand New Segment Builder (beta)

Our Segment Builder is your control center for powering targeted and personalized email, and we’re adding even more capabilities to help you narrow down the perfect audience for your message.

Features

  • Enjoy a sleek new interface that displays how many contacts are in a selected segment in real time.
  • Use “or” logic between different criteria types to find the right contacts. For example, maybe you want to create a highly engaged segment of people who either made a purchase or attended an event in the past month.
  • Find subscribers who have not opened or clicked a specific mailing
  • Geotarget with more accurate zip code segmentation
  • Duplicate existing segments

These Segment Builder updates are currently in beta and we’ll release them to all Emma Pro, Plus, and Enterprise accounts very soon. Can’t wait? Sign up for the beta, and we’ll put you at the front of the list.


Content blocks 2.0
 
We believe it should be easy for all marketers to send beautifully designed email, so we’ve given the content blocks in our email editor a facelift. They include enhancements in readability and built-in design tips and best practices.

  • Content blocks automatically include custom template headline and paragraph styles

The new content blocks give anyone building an email a more visually pleasing starting point, which means fewer edits and less time needed to send beautiful mailings.


The new Segment Builder (currently in beta) will be available soon, and the updated content blocks are available for all Emma Pro, Plus, and Enterprise customers.
